Give us a call or send us an email, we will get back to you quickly. Generally we book a month or two in advance but in emergencies we can fit in your flute quicker.

What is the typical turnaround time for repairs?
The turnaround time for repairs varies based on the type and extent of the work needed. Generally, we aim to complete overhauls within two weeks, and COAs (clean, oil, adjust) can be done in a day or two if an appointment is made in advance. To make an accurate estimate we need to see the instrument, unless we did recent work and know what to expect.
