How Long Do Repairs Take?
It depends on what is wrong with your flute and how busy we are. Sometimes we can do small jobs while you wait, larger jobs can take a few days to a week, and overhauls generally take two weeks or more.
How Much Do Repairs Cost?
Our 2025 shop rate is $120 per hour which sounds like a lot but is probably less than the rate charged to get your car oil changed.

If you plans change or you get a call to sub with a major orchestra, just give us a call and we will fit you in to the next time we have available.
What Payment Methods Are There For Repairs?
You Can pay for repairs using a credit card, check, cash or PayPal. We do NOT take Zelle or Venmo because of their lack of reporting.
Do You Need An Appraisal?
If you need an appraisal for your instruments just let us know. It’s important to update your instrument insurance totals frequently, as instrument prices are always changing. We need to examine the instrument to make the appraisal so it’s easiest to do this when you bring the instrument in for a repair.
